This policy explains what personal information Loop ERP collects when you visit looperp.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to forms, demo requests, and marketing emails connected to it. It does not cover the Loop ERP software itself; customer data processed inside the product is governed by the customer's agreement with us.

Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a demo, subscribe to emails, download a resource, use our ROI calculator, or contact us, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, industry, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the website.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on each page, clicks, scrolling, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described below. This can include session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors move through a page. Form fields that hold sensitive input are masked.
Information from other sources. We may receive business contact details and company information from lead data providers, advertising platforms, review sites such as G2, and LinkedIn when you engage with our ads or content.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to demo requests, questions, and support inquiries
Send product information, event invitations, and marketing emails you have asked for or that are permitted by law, with an unsubscribe link in each message
Operate, secure, and improve the website, including fixing errors and testing page layouts
Understand which content and channels bring visitors to the site, and measure our advertising
Qualify and route sales inquiries to the right team
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use website data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting analytics and advertising cookies. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in these situations:
Service providers that host the site, run analytics, manage our CRM and email, and schedule meetings, under contracts that limit their use of the data
Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels, which some state laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising (see your choices below)
Affiliates within the CEBA Solutions and Loop ERP family of companies
Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to a subpoena, protecting our rights, or preventing fraud
Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the information may move to the new owner
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Sales and marketing contact records stay active while you engage with us and are reviewed or deleted after a period of inactivity. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in each tool.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that hold contact data. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at inquiries@looperp.ai. We will stop within 10 business days.
US state residents. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know what we collect, access and correct it, delete it, receive a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights. To opt out of targeted advertising, use your browser's Global Privacy Control setting or contact us.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing emails), our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations. You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How to make a request. Email inquiries@looperp.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we respond within 45 days (30 days for EEA and UK requests). You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our response.
Children, international transfers, and third-party links
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. When we transfer data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider participates.
The site links to other websites, including LinkedIn, G2, and customer or partner pages. We do not control their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy and contact us
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify you by email or a site notice if the changes are material.
